India Eye Hospital in Greater Noida is a social enterprise committed to providing high-quality, affordable, and high-volume eye care. Currently, we operate a modern facility located inside Ansal Plaza Mall, next to Pari Chowk Metro Station in Greater Noida. Our current facility is NABH-accredited for eye care, ensuring adherence to recognized standards of safety and quality in healthcare delivery
To further expand access to care, especially in rural communities, India Eye Hospital operates Vision Centers in Surajpur and Rabupura. We plan to add eight more VCs within the next year. These centers provide essential eye care services closer to where people live.
India Eye Hospital is committed to eliminating unnecessary blindness in Uttar Pradesh by establishing a network of modern eye hospitals and research centers across the state. The hospital is guided by Dr. Shroff’s Charity Eye Hospital, Darya Ganj, Delhi.
Operating in Greater Noida since 2023, we have already performed 2800 cataract surgeries using Phaco. We plan to conduct 2,800 cataract surgeries in the next year, using Phaco techniques.
Over the next three years, we are setting up a Super Specialty Eye Hospital with 15 Operating Theaters and 12 Clinics in Greater Noida, Knowledge Park 3 on a seven-acre plot. We are being guided by LAICO – Aravind Eye Care System, Dr. Shroff’s Eye Hospital, Darya Ganj, Delhi and leading eye surgeons from USA.

Ophthalmologist
As a Comprehensive Ophthalmologist at India Eye, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating a wide range of eye conditions and performing surgical procedures to restore or improve patients' vision. You will work collaboratively with our team of ophthalmologists and healthcare professionals to deliver the highest quality eye care services.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care: Provide comprehensive eye examinations, diagnose eye diseases, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
Surgical Procedures: Perform a variety of ophthalmic surgeries, including cataract and glaucoma surgery, medical retina, minor corneal procedures, and oculoplastic surgery.

As a Physician at India Eye, you will play a vital role in supporting our eye surgeons in diagnosing and treating elevated blood pressure sugar levels in our patients. You will conduct comprehensive physical examinations, assist in diagnosing health risks, and contribute to the overall success of our eye care initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Assess patients for overall fitness for outpatient cataract surgery
Treat patients for elevated sugar levels and blood pressure to help them get ready for cataract surgery
Assist Ophthalmologists with pre-surgical procedures, local anesthesia, and help during surgery
Follow up with patients at Vision Centers and community eye screening camps (two per week) to help them improve their fitness for cataract surgery

As an Optometrist at India Eye, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality eye care services to our patients. You will conduct comprehensive eye examinations, assist in diagnosing vision problems, prescribe corrective eyeglasses, or contact lenses, and contribute to the overall success of our eye care practice.
Key Responsibilities
Assess patients and meticulously document findings, followed by clear initials with a signature, date, and time.
Perform accurate refractions, prescribe glasses in a clearly specified format, and ensure timely delivery of prescriptions to our in-house optical counter.
Conduct diagnostics and OPD procedures, including Slit Lamp examination, Applanation Tonometry, Keratometry, A-scan Biometry, Visual Field analysis, and more.
